- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals — no cookie consent banner is required for this service.
Paid Users (Login Required):
- When you log in via Google or email magic link, we collect and store your email address to identify your account and sync your subscription status.
- We store your subscription status (active/expired).
- Payment information: All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store any payment card details.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use the following services that may set cookies or similar technologies, but only after you provide your explicit consent via our cookie consent banner:
- Google Fonts: Used to improve our design and typography. When you accept, your browser loads fonts from Google's servers, which may record your IP address.
- Microsoft Clarity: Used to analyze how users interact with our site (e.g., click heatmaps, session recordings). This helps us improve user experience. When you accept, Clarity sets cookies (
_clck,_clsk) to identify unique users and sessions.

4. File Processing
Current: All PDF processing is done locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
Future AI Features: If we introduce AI functions, certain files may be temporarily uploaded for processing. These files are automatically deleted immediately after processing and are not stored or used for any other purpose. We will notify users via website announcement before launching such features.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@witpdf.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Data Retention & Security
We securely store email addresses and subscription status for paid users. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via a notice on our website or by email (for paid users).
